“I’ve been on the self-improvement/spiritual path for a very long time, yet I seem to keep coming back to the same issues on different levels. At a point in my life that I had (once again) allowed myself to get so caught up in Doing that I forgot about simply Being, this book was *exactly* what I needed. I love how the personal experiences the author includes help illustrate not just that it’s possible to go from trauma to a deep, authentic happiness, but they also show *how* to incorporate what she’s teaching into real life situations. I feel much more relaxed and optimistic after reading this, and I can already see “new” opportunities all around me that I’d previously missed because I was too busy being stressed out! It’s a very exciting place to be. :D”
